AVAILABILITY OF PARTS:

We do our best to maintain a complete inventory of parts listed in our catalog. However, there are times when we may be temporarily out of stock of some items. We are always adding to our inventory and have many items not listed in this catalog. If we do not carry a particular part you need, please give us the opportunity to provide that part in the future by supplying information to order it.

Prices in our catalog are current and in US dollars. Due to changing costs, we reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price of a part does not include shipping charges.

Payment on all invoices are due on or before the 10th of the month following the purchase. We accept checks or major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

SHIPPING:

Orders will be shipped by UPS or truck freight depending on the size and weight of the items. Usually orders placed by 4:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. A physical street address must be provided for all shipments.

Please inspect your order on receipt of merchandise. All merchandise leaving our store is inspected and will be sent to you in good condition.

If you receive a damaged package, report the damage to your carrier immediately. Do not return the package to us. Call UPS to report the damage. UPS will require you to keep all packaging until inspected. UPS will contact us to file a claim. Call the trucking company to report the damage. You must file the damage claim with the trucking company.

Our regular business hours are 8:00 to 5:00 PM EST, Monday thru Friday.

Sales office is located west of St. Johns, Michigan on M-21, east of Grand Rapids, west of Detroit, north of Lansing, and south of Mount Pleasant. Distribution center is located in Sikeston, Missouri.
